Noni's Italian Meatloaf (Ringping)


3 lbs. ground chuck ( can even use ground turkey to be healthier)
1/2 cup grated Italian cheese
1/2 cup grated Italian Bread Crumbs
3 cloves Garlic
3 eggs ( 1 per pound)
2 tps salt
2 tbs pepper
3/4 cups water
parsley ( to taste)
shake or two of red cayenne pepper ( for flavor)
Kitchen Bouquet
 

Mix all together - shape into meatloaf - cover with kitchen bouquet.
Cover with Aluminum Foil.
Bake at 350 degrees (150 on meat thermometer)
(usually bake at least 1 1/2 hours then - check middle bake until pink is gone)
 
Red Gravy
Brown 1 onion, parsley, 2 cloves garlic, a little oregano - 1 large can of tomatoes
(put in blender/ consistency you like ) 
Note: I just started using chopped canned tomatoes and mixing and 
my family likes it better then when blended.
Cook on low for about 1 hour.
 
Johnny's Mom stuffs chickens with this at Christmas.  
I have made meatloaf, hamburger patties( they cook quicker), and even meatballs
