Picture below (Left) August 2010, my visit to Alaska with my cousins Nicole (Poirrier) Thibodeaus & Babette (Poirrier) McIlroy, and the boys Nolan, Spencer, Landon, & Rylan. It was during this visit that this web site was inspired, over dinner with Nicole & Babette at: Humpy’s in Anchorage. Picture on right - Alaska goes Cajun, heavenly shrimp and Dungeness Crab Gumbo - A creation of Nicole and her Dad (my Uncle - John Edwin).
