Flank Steak for the Grill

Flank Steak

8 Tablespoons Soy Sause

4 Tablespoons of Whiskey

1/4 teaspoon of Fresh Ginger

1 clove Garlic - finely chopped

1/2 cup hot water

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Mix all together and marinate Flank Steak in refrigerator for at least 6 hrs.

Grill to desired wellness and cut diagonally.
