Taco Soup

Ingredients:

1 Dry packet of Ranch Salad dresssing mix - Hidden Valley

1 Dry packet of Taco seasoning

2 cups water or chicken broth 

  (I use a carton of chicken broth - walmart brand is the lowest in sodium)

1 can sweet corn

1 can Black beans

1 can Navy beans

1 can pinto beans

1 can diced green chili's (I leave this out- I don't like it spicy)

1 can Rotel

l can stewed tomatoes (I leave this out also -I don't like to tomatoes)

1 small onion diced and sautéed

2 tsp garlic (sauteed with onion)

Baked shredded chicken (I use roistire chicken) 

  you can use cooked ground beef 1-2 lbs)

Instructions:

* Drain everything except stewed tomotoes. Mix all ingredients together. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve with shredded Cheddar, and sour cream.
