Crawfish, Corn & Potato Soup

Ingredients:

1 yellow Onion
2 cans of Cream corn
1 can of Whole Corn
1 can of Potato Soup
1 pound of Crawfish
1/4 of Provolone Cheese
1 stick of Butter
1 quart of Milk
2 table spoons of all purpose Flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 
Chop onion, sauté in whole stick of butter. Add flour sprinkling.  Stir to combine. Pour in milk while stirring to prevent lumping. Add cut up cheese. Melt. Add potato soup. Add corn, all three. Keep stirring.  Add crawfish tails. Season to taste. Salt & black pepper. Cook low heat, twenty minutes or so.
