Nanny's Artichoke Casserole


Ingredients 

Pam Spray

2 cans Artichoke Hearts

Bread Crumbs

Garlic Powder

Parmesan Cheese

Olive Oil 

Instructions per Alice Ann (Poirrier) Broussard (Nanny):

Spray pan with Pam. Open the cans of Artichokes and drain juice into pan. Put enough bread crumbs in the pan to soak up juice. Add Garlic Powder and Parmesan Cheese to juice and bread crumbs. Add the 2 cans of Artichoke Hearts and spread out. Put more bread crumbs on top just to cover artichoke (sprinkle). Sprinkle more parmesan cheese on top. Put “enough” olive oil on top. Bake for about 45 minutes or "until it looks right".
