Lisa's Red Potatoes


Ingredients:

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

2 lbs red potatoes

1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions:

Bake at 450°F for 40 minutes

Bake and let cool – serve cold ( like marinated potatoes)
