Italian Potatoes

Italian potatoes (AKA - Estelle's potatoes)

Ingredients:

14-15 large red potatoes

½ cup chopped parsley

½ cup green onions

3 large pods garlic sliced

1 heaping teaspoon salt

1 scant tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 (8 oz) bottle our olive oil

4 oz tarragon vinegar

Instructions:

Boil potatoes. Combine all other ingredients. Once potatoes are boiled cut in ½ or ¼ .  Pour liquid ingredients over potatoes when they are hot.  Let marinate room temperature for a few hours before serving.
