Crawfish Corn Bread
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1 can cream Corn
1 medium Onion chopped.
2 cups Cheddar Cheese
2 eggs
1 stick butter (softened)
1 tbs. Baking Powder
1 cup Jalapeño Peppers chopped
1 lb Crawfish Tails
Instructions:
Do not make the cornbread as directed on box. Just use the mix as is. Bake 325°F oven until done it takes about 45 or more minutes.

Let's just say I had to have the recipe. Even I can find the 1 pound frozen crawfish tails in Cincinnati.
