Ingredients:
2 cans creamed Corn
1 can Corn
1 can Tamales
Instructions:
Put corn in buttered casserole. Remove tamales from paper and slice over the corn. Add sauce from tamales. Mix gently and bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes. Use the cheapest tamales -they have more sauce. You can dress this up more by frying 4 strips of bacon. Remove bacon from pan and crumble. Slice an onion and 2 ribs of celery. Saute in bacon drippings and add to corn. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
