Quick and Easy Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

1 box Angel Hair Pasta

1 bag ( or lb) shrimp

garlic powder

Butter (I use shed spread)

Canola Oil ( or olive oil)

Salt and Pepper ( to taste)

Italian Bread crumbs

Parmesan Cheese

Fresh Spinach

Fresh Mushrooms

Instructions:

Cook peeled shrimp in a skillet (okay I use whatever bag of shrimp is on sale) add garlic powder (or real - I'm in a hurry), lemon or lime juice at the end drain juice or liquid and add butter - let it brown just a little (add mushrooms if you like and stir). Boil Angel Hair pasta and drain. In pot add a little canola oil in bottom ( just a little so it doesn't stick). Add pasta back, add butter and canola oil (depending on how low fat you want to be), just to prevent pasta from sticking together. Add bread crumbs stir then add parmesan cheese and stir. To look pretty you can put in serving dish and layer pasta mixture, then fresh spinach, then shrimp ( sprinkle more parmesan cheese if you like).

Sorry this recipe has no measurements, If you like you add more butter or olive or canola oil - If you like it kind of dry (or gooey - because of the cheese) not as much oil or butter (that is how my family likes it) ENJOY !!!!!!!!!!

The idea for this recipe came from Kim (Broussard) Bevis and Mary Lynn (Broussard) Huguet - I just listened half way and tried what I

could remember.
