Noni's Italian Meatloaf (Ringping)

Ingredients:

3 lbs. Ground Chuck (can even use ground turkey to be healthier)

1/2 cup grated Italian cheese

1/2 cup grated Italian Bread Crumbs

3 cloves Garlic

3 Eggs ( 1 per pound)

2 tps Salt

2 tbs Pepper

Kitchen Bouquet

Instructions:

Mix all together - shape into meatloaf - cover with kitchen bouquet. Cover with Aluminum Foil.

Bake at 350 °F in oven (150°F on meat thermometer). Usually I bake it at least 1 1/2 hours then - check middle bake until pink is gone.

Red Gravy

Brown 1 onion, parsley, 2 cloves garlic, a little oregano - 1 large can of tomatoes. (put in blender/ consistency you like )

Note: I just started using chopped canned tomatoes and mixing and my family likes it better then when blended.

Cook on low for about 1 hour.

Johnny's Mom stuffs chickens with this at Christmas. I have made meatloaf, hamburger patties (they cook quicker), and even meatballs.

This recipe came from " Noni”, Johnny's  maternal grandmother - Alma  Albonetti Sangalatoni
