In Len’s words: "Kinda changed my Christmas meatloaf this year (2016). Added a bacon theme. Start with 5lbs of ground beef and then dump in the other stuff to taste. This is a flavoring method my mother taught me - taste not measure. I have a theory that if you like all the ingredients, they should combine into something good. Merry Christmas!"
