Crawfish Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cups raw rice

1 Ib. crawfish tails (shrimp can be used)

1 can cream of oinion soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 cans water

Tabasco to taste

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients unitl well blended and place in a greased casserole. Bake covered at 300°F for 1 hour
