Nanny's Bread Pudding


Ingredients:

½ loaf bread and one hamburger bun

2 TBSP Sugar

2 TBSP Splenda

3 eggs

1 can evaporated milk

1-2 cup of milk

About ¾ - 1 cup water

Vanilla

Cinnamon

Instructions:

Crumble Bread. Beat eggs (whisk). Add splenda and sugar ( 4 TBSP total). Add “ some” vanilla and 1 can evaporated milk. Pour over bread. Add milk and water 1 cup- then-1/1/2 or “ until bread looks like it should”, “ like cream of wheat”. Pour into 9x 13 pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes “ or until done”
