Crockpot Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

1 uncooked Pie Crust

3 Eggs

1 cup Sugar

2/3 cup Karo Syrup

1 cup chopped or broken up Pecans

1/2 cup Margarine

1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions:

Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place piecrust in bottom of slow cooker. Press the edges about 1/2 inch up the sides. In a medium mixing bowl: Mix the remaining ingredients well. Pour on top of piers. Cover and cook on high for 2 - 3 hours.
