Cranberry Fudge

Ingredients:

1 lb white chocolate or almond bark

1 can Eagle Brand Milk

1/2 - 1 cup cranberry “raisins” coarsely chopped

1/2 - 1 cup walnuts coarsely chopped

1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Instructions:

Melt White Chocolate. Stir in Eagle Brand Milk & Extract. Mix in cranberry and nuts. Pour in a lined pan (wax paper works). Cool in refrigerator. Cut into squares
