Sausage Pinwheels

Ingredients:

2 Cups Bisquick 

1/2 cup cold water

1 pound ground Pork Sausage

Instructions:

Mix together, Bisquick & cold water. Sprinkle with flour (or more Bisquick) to roll out. Roll out, not too thin. Separate into 2 parts. Take sausage, separate into 2 parts. Put sausage on dough. Roll up in pinwheels. Slice 1/4 inch thick. Bake at 325°F for 15-20 minutes on a cookie sheet.

From the Broussard's - I remember my Mom making these for our Prom Breakfasts. Once cut, place them on cookie sheet and then freeze. Put in Plastic Bag and cook however many you need when you need them.
