Brunch Casserole

Ingredients:

1 Ib. hot sausage - scrambled

1 doz. eggs

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 stick sharp Cracker Barrel cheese grated

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl beat all ingredients well. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until firm. Serve with toasted English muffins and apple sauce.
