Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

6 eggs

1 cup of milk

2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese

Approximately 8 cooked Sausage Patties

1 can crescent rolls

(salt and pepper to taste)

Instructions:

Spread out crescent rolls on bottom on 13x9 pan. (so it is one bottom crust). Cut up sausage patties - or spread "cooked sausage crumbles" ( about 1 lb). Spread out 2 cups of shredded cheese. Mix eggs and milk and pour over everything. Bake at 425°F for about 20 minutes.

(I was testing this for Christmas morning and it has become a favorite)

(Original recipe called for mozzarella cheese - but we like cheddar)
