Shrimp Dip

1 1/2 lb of fresh shrimp. Boil. (when water starts to boil, time 5 minutes, they're done, easier to peel.) 1 package of cream cheese. About 1 cup of ketchup. About a quarter cup of mayo. 1/4 cup onion. add some green onion for color. 3 garlic stems from clove. (Or garlic powder) Mix cream cheese, (soften), with ketchup and mayo. Add onion and green onion, and garlic (or garlic powder to taste) Dash of salt and pepper. Stir in all ingredients. Serve with crackers. Tall House, garlic crackers or regular. Enjoy!
