Ingredients:
1 lb Boudin
¼ cup green onions diced
1 egg
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and roll into small balls. Coat with breadcrumbs if necessary. Bake at 400 °F until browned. Serve with dipping sauce.
Dipping Sauce:
1 cup Dijon or Yellow Mustard mixed with ¼ cup honey.
