Mississippi Caviar

4 cans blackeye peas drained

1 jar diced pimentos

1 bell pepper chopped

1 bunch green onions


1 tbs. basil


1bottle zesty Italian Dressing


Serve with Scoops


I have used this recipe and substituted canned red beans and called it Louisiana Caviar
